1. Our Commitment

The Let's Talk GMO Initiative is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We actively work to improve the user experience for everyone by applying relevant accessibility standards.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

2. Conformance Status

This platform is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We have identified the known issues listed below and are actively working to resolve them.

Fully conformant areas:
  • Keyboard navigation across all primary navigation and forms
  • Sufficient colour contrast ratios across all text and interactive elements
  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy (H1→H2→H3)
  • All form inputs have associated labels
  • ARIA landmarks for navigation, main content, and footer
  • Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
  • Skip-to-main-content link available
  • All images have descriptive alt text or are marked decorative

  • Keyboard-only navigation: Chrome, Firefox, Edge
  • Browser zoom: Up to 400% without loss of content or functionality
  • High contrast mode: Windows High Contrast, macOS Increase Contrast
  • Screen magnification: ZoomText, built-in OS magnifiers

This website relies on the following technologies for conformance:

  • CSS3 (no content conveyed by CSS alone)
